Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes.
- User Identification & Management: Identity verification through social login
- Service Delivery: AI image analysis, perfume recipe generation and storage
- Order Processing: Delivery and payment processing for purchased products
- Customer Support: Inquiry response and service improvement
Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)
The Company will promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
- Member Information: Until membership withdrawal
- Analysis Results & Recipes: Until membership withdrawal or deletion request
- Uploaded Images: Automatically deleted within 30 days after analysis
However, information may be retained for the required period if preservation is necessary under applicable laws.
Article 4 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company will promptly destroy personal information when it is no longer needed, such as when the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved.
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery
- Printed materials: Shredded or incinerated
